Our Design Process

We like to chat with you about your project, and to get a clear idea of what you are looking for - in person, on the phone and/or by email. We usually request that you send us a few websites that you like in terms of design and content. This will help us to understand what look and feel we can aim for with the new design. Once we have agreement on the project details, we move to the design process below.

Design and Coding. We start by doing the first mockup in Photoshop and send it to you for feedback. We usually have 3 back and forth emails to fine tune the design to your liking.

Once you are happy with the final design we code your site into css and xhtml and post it online for you to view.

Content Gathering. We'll work with you to gather images, text, links and logos that you want to be part of your new website. Once the site is complete, we can then upload it to your server and point your domain to the new site.

Completing the project. Finally we will make sure that you have the basic skills to manage the site yourself if needed. We are always online and willing to help if there are any problems.

We also can register your domain for you, setup your hosting and maintain your new site. We offer affordable hosting packages starting at $14.95 per month.

Changing the site once it's published. Once your site is live, you can call us to make changes or additions
at any time. This is quite affordable as we charge very reasonable rates for maintaining your site.
